Gaze at the ocean from the front deck or bar. View the sweep of the entire South Bay from the picture windows in the upstairs family room or wrap-around balcony. The common areas have gorgeous Brazilian cherry floors. Beautiful hand-painted Mexican tiles and sinks decorate the bathrooms. After a day at the beach, relax in the Jacuzzi-tub in the upstairs bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third has one twin and second twin can be added. In addition, the upstairs family room has a double-sized futon.
The house is a short walk down the hill to Torrance Beach and the bike bath. A 5-minute drive or 20 minute walk will take you to Riviera Village and its bounty of restaurants and shops, or to Malaga Cove in Palos Verdes. Torrance Beach has a lifeguard and bathrooms, or take a short walk a down the beach towards Palos Verdes for a quieter stretch and to explore tidepools.
The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out to the dining area. The open dining and living room has high ceilings, skylights and French doors to the back yard. The ground floor has a master bedroom with ocean views and a TV, two medium-size bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one off the master bedroom with a shower, the other near the back bedroom with a tub and shower. The large upstairs family room has a sitting area with ocean views, wet bar, another set of seating for watching TV, and a desk where you can work looking at the ocean. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
Parking is easy in the garage, driveway, or on the street.
