This space is designed to comfortably fit 2 people with a queen size bed, walk in closet, 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar, 2 bar stoops at the high top table in the living room, and 2 chairs outside on the deck looking directly into the ocean. (*If you want a third adult to stay, I do have an extra deep Luxe Restoration Hardware couch that can be used as a sleeping space. Just please let me know of the additional guest.)
The parking structure has a gated entrance for safety. Brand new (as of 2024) Washer & Dryer units located on level P where parking is.
Ocean-view gated community. Excellent landscaping maintained daily. Beautiful walking paths with ponds, small waterfalls & grass. There is a pool, hot tub & BBQ available just a 1 minute walk from the building, and a 2nd pool, hot tub, BBQ & gym located at just a 6 minute walk from the building (North on the property)
Located directly in front of the beautiful Redondo Beach Pier & Marina. About a 3 minute drive (1.7 miles) to South Redondo's Riviera filled with restaurants & shops.
Located 1.9 miles south of Hermosa Beach Pier, and 4 miles from Manhattan Beach Pier.
The beach has 'the strand' which is a paved walking/biking/skating path that is 22 miles long. It starts just south of us in Torrance Beach & goes all the way up north to Pacific Palisades. Excellent for running, biking, & day trips to other beaches or beach cities.
*The building is pet friendly but has restrictions. I am open to pets but will need more information. Thank you for understanding.
