This beachfront home is perfect for your next getaway! A 4-bedroom, this incredible home is located on the second floor and boasts 1925 sq. ft. across two levels. This home has it all - beachfront with beautiful views, close to the restaurants and amenities of stylish Newport Beach, with a huge array of land and sea-based activities for you to experience. Your vacation interlude here is guaranteed to create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime! The world-famous Mutt Lynch's Restaurant is right across the street and you are just an hour away from the many world-class attractions of the greater San Diego area as well, SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo being just two examples.
An ocean-side deck with bar-top seats right next to the Boardwalk is a perfect place to bask in the beauty of it all as you enjoy morning coffee, a quick lunch break, or an evening libation - between your various adventures. Enter and find yourself in a beach chic view great room with everything you need to seamlessly experience easy beachside living. The living room area boasts a large comfortable seating cluster with a large TV. A modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. A dining room and a kitchen bar provide lots of seating for indoor dining with a view. A large ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times.
There are four spacious bedrooms. A king primary bedroom features a ceiling fan and a modern bath with a shower/tub combination. The second and third bedroom each have a queen-size bed along with a twin bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and a half bathroom. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include driveway parking, WIFI and cable, and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
