You’ve found the perfect beach house for the whole family with a great sunset view. Large rooms and family space offer a comfortable beach vacation for multi generations, think one level floor plan and handrails for grandma. Relax after a day on the beach on the spacious screened in back porch watching the tide come and go. Pet friendly, linens included, clean and newly renovated and just a mile to the ocean.
The space:
Our beach house has a nautical vibe from generations of sailors. My father like his father was a Delaware River Pilot navigating ships up and down the Delaware Bay, from Lewes to Philadelphia. The property this house sits on was my grandfathers vegetable garden and the cousins that remain have many amazing memories of summers in Cape May.
Our family offers this house for vacation rentals, with lots of amenities including linens and towels for your convenience. You can cook a whole family dinner in the full kitchen or take a stroll to the many great restaurants just down the street.
We do not use a real estate service like many of the rentals in our area so that you receive a more personal experience. Our home is your home.
Guest access:
The whole house is yours except for the attic and garage, which will be locked.
Other things to note:
Along with the best beach on the Jersey coast, Cape May is a birders paradise. We have our very own mated pair of Osprey that return every March. Bring your binoculars to watch them raise their newest family on our platform in the marsh.
Smart TVs are all chrome cast so bring your streaming services logon info or watch the free tv included.
We supply all sheets, blankets, pillows and towels…so you don’t have to pack them or pay more. Brand new mattresses just added this spring.
Books, games and kids stuff are stored in the hutch. Help yourself.
There is one camera on the garage facing the driveway for security purposes.
Although the house is one level there are steps leading up to the entrances and a step down to the screened in porch. There are ramps available on request should you need wheelchair accessibility. The walk in shower is not a roll in wheel chair shower. The house is handicap accessible but not totally wheelchair accessible.
Just let us know in advance if you would need the ramps.
