Prepare a delectable meal and savor it in the dining room or on the expansive deck, which boasts ample outdoor seating and breathtaking views. Unwind in the living room, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace and internet TV, provides the perfect spot to indulge in your favorite TV series. The primary bedroom on the lower level boasts a queen-sized bed, a warming wood-burning stove, and convenient access to the bathroom. Relax in the sauna in the primary bedroom to soothe your muscles for a restful night's sleep. The second and third bedrooms, located upstairs, offer a very comfortable queen-size bed and two twin-sized beds, respectively.
Outside on the expansive deck, you'll find a custom propane BBQ grill, a luxurious hot tub, a refreshing cold plunge for those hot summer days, and an outdoor sauna. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience, allowing you to rinse off before and after enjoying the wonderful amenities.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
