Just a short 5-minute walk to the main Georgetown Square- voted the most beautiful town square in Texas! Easily walk to tons of eateries, shopping, wine-tasting rooms, boutiques, and many great spots of photo ops! Inside the home, every room is a work of art with bold artwork, furnishings, vibrant colors, and tons of amazing details throughout. Professionally designed and decorated with guests in mind, this home and pool house has it all!
The property consists of two dwellings and a fenced-in backyard with a beautiful pool (chlorinated, not heated) and hot tub. The main house is one-story with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool house offers another living room/dining room with a mini equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. These homes have comfort and quality in mind for our guests - comfy beds, luxe linens, Smart TVs, lots of supplies to get you started, great outdoor spaces, dining areas to gather around and more!
Main House
The large kitchen is very well-equipped with items like a KitchenAid stand mixer, Ninja blender, Café coffee maker, k-cup compatible machine, crockpot, baking dishes - the list goes on! The island holds seating for three while adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room offering a beautiful table with seating for six. The living room is a show stopper with glamorous touches, eccentric wallpaper, and a Smart TV... enjoy playing some of the provided games or the Smart TV! The adjoining laundry room holds a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The expansive primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a smart TV with an en-suite bathroom which is a work of art itself! The ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower consisting of black subway-style tile, stained glass windows, and two showerheads! The other two bedrooms also hold smart TVs with one bedroom holding a king-sized bed and the other a queen... each with plush linens, and thoughtful touches. The two bedrooms and main living spaces share a full-sized hall bathroom.
We supply great extras and supplies for each stay as well! Shampoo, conditioner, soap, plush towels, and a hair dryer are provided in all bathrooms. We also supply lots of goodies such as k-cups, tea, sweeteners, creamers, and more to get you started!
Pool House
The pool house is two levels with a living room/dining, kitchen, and a half bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen holds some amazing essentials to save a trip to the main house such as a Keurig, coffee maker, blender, Ninja air fryer, and more! The open-concept room also offers a living room area with a large-screen Smart TV and more games for all to enjoy as well as a dining table that seats four. The second floor acts as a large primary suite with a king-sized bed, smart TV, wine refrigerator, french doors leading out to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and a beautiful spa-like stand-up shower.
Outside Space
Off of the living room of the main house is the incredible backyard which offers multiple entertaining areas and something for everyone. Seating surrounds the luxurious pool (chlorinated) and hot tub. Beyond the pool, on the grass is the game of corn hole - a true Texas favorite! Off of the living room is a dining table for six and a private seating area for two.
