Experience the charm of soaring wood ceilings as you step into this inviting cabin. With an expansive open layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas, it's the perfect space for large group gatherings. This charming country cabin comfortably sleeps 12 and is perfect for memorable family gatherings.
**BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
Retreat to the two queen bedrooms upstairs, both feature queen beds, closets with ample storage and ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, discover a separate "family" suite boasting a king bed and twin bunk beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The family suite also includes access to a Jack n Jill bathroom shared with the entertainment area, wet bar featuring a sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The final bedroom downstairs is accessed through the entertainment area and features a twin over full bunk bed and a brand new barn door for privacy.
The home includes 3 full bathrooms, 2 upstairs connected to the queen bedrooms, 1 Jack n Jill downstairs connected to the family suite and the entertainment area.
**KITCHEN/DINING:
Delight in the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen complete with bar seating, a cozy breakfast nook, and a spacious dining area. Adorned with high-quality mission-style furnishings, this cabin exudes rustic elegance.
**ENTERTAINMENT:
With two living rooms, there is space enough for the whole family to lounge! Upstairs you will find the main living room included in the open concept layout with the kitchen and dining spaces. Downstairs includes a second living room, entertainment area furnished with an air hockey table, 70 inch TV, reclining couches, board/card games, and electric fireplace.
**OUTDOOR:
The amenities do not stop indoors! Step outside to the top deck to have lunch at the picnic table, cozy up next to the fire pit, BBQ dinner or spend your evening soaking in the hot tub! The downstairs patio is perfect for those who enjoy a game of ping pong! Comfortable seating is offered among both of these spaces. PARKING:
Expansive circular driveway has parking enough for the whole family! Perfect for those with many vehicles or traveling with a boat/trailer. There are also two covered parking areas on-site.
*Noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras surrounding the property to monitor and record 24/7.
*Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. The county plows this road, however, during a major storm it could take significant time for the road to be plowed but this is rare. There are also shovels provided for the driveway. During the winter months make sure to have chains available. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for any home in the mountain area, especially for Yosemite.
*During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months except the propane fire pit. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
