The Space:
The rate is based on up to 22 people, including children and infants. No guests beyond this number are allowed on the property at any time. Our insurance policy requires you provide names and ages of guests after booking.
We provide starter coffee and tea supplies for your stay, as well as a roll of paper towels in each kitchen (3 kitchens) and toilet paper in all bathrooms. Linens and towels are also provided

Guest Access:
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
Hot tubs are on 3 private patios.
You are allowed 4 parking spaces, please contact us in advance if you need to bring more than 4 cars. You have 3 private outdoor patio areas.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. In town you will find many restaurants, two supermarkets, a movie theater, shops and gas stations.
Getting Around:
You will need a car.
Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.
Other Things to Note:
The $500 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking by a separate fee request. Checkin will not be allowed prior to payment of the security deposit.
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.
The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.
Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.
Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.
