This spacious villa for 8-9 people has everything for the perfect vacation!
Besides magnificent views of the Pyrenees, it is a 12-minute walk (1 km) to the beaches of Empúries and 7 minutes from supermarkets. The famous Ruins of Empúries are 1.9 km away and the historic center of l'Escala is 1.5 km away. Leaving the house there is a playground for skates and bicycles.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors. On one floor the accommodation there are 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a shower and jacuzzi. On the same floor there are 2 more bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet, garden with large terrace and private pool, summer kitchen with outdoor dining area with magnificent views of the Empordà, barbecue and lounge area. On the ground floor there is a heated indoor pool. There is also a ping-pong table to pass the time.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.
