Brand new direct oceanfront house with six bedrooms five are oceanfront bedrooms with a walk out balcony. Three stop elevator will service the reverse floorplan with the living area, dining room, kitchen with Thermador appliances including two dishwashers, laundry room with GE front loading machines, powder room, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and two bedrooms with full bathrooms on the top floor. The master bathroom has a towel warmer. The first floor has four bedrooms with sliding doors out to the balcony. All bedrooms have a adjoining bathroom. The first floor has a dedicated (no beds or sofa bed) gathering room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, coffeemakers, and full-size refrigerator. There is a second laundry room and another powder room on the first floor.
The ground floor has two garages with each having parking for two cars side-by-side. Parking for six additional cars.
The pool can be heated to 82 degrees for an additional $100.00 per day November 1 - March 31. Rental amount includes the hot tub being heated to 102 degrees year round.
