Our fully remodelled private home offers 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Ideal for families, group of friends, or a romantic getaway! Walk in to spacious and bright living room designed for comfort and fun, which leads to open concept dining area with dining table for six plus breakfast island to enjoy quick snack or morning coffee time. Our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances will allow easy meal preparation. One master bedroom with king bed suites with its own bathroom. Two other bedrooms with cozy queen beds that share one full bathroom. The other .5 bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience for all guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, sparkling clean with comfortable new beds, mattresses, bedding and linens.
Modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, smart TV, stacked washer and dryer, brand new air conditioning, heating, fire sprinkler system and provided linens and towels add to the comfort of your stay.
Please note that the property has a basement which is not for guest use.

Our outdoor cozy front porch is an ideal spot for fresh air, relaxation or socializing over BBQ grilling. Private enclosed front yard with greenery will give a space for kids to run around and play while you sit and relax in the patio. House has no backyard.

Guests can park only one car in the private parking spot. Additional cars can park on the street where there are plenty of parking spaces with no limit.
