Welcome to our bright, clean, second-floor, one-bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown Victoria. You are steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and all of Victoria’s main tourist attractions. Keyless entry, a cozy queen bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, a variety of coffee options, and a welcoming living space will ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free.
We are new to VRBO, but we have had 111 guests via the other vacation rental platform and have a rating of 4.98 stars :)

This is the only home we offer for rent on VRBO, so you can be confident that we are committed to ensuring your stay in our home is perfect.
Our second-floor condo is a little over 500 square feet and filled with light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom is located away from the road and does not contain any windows---making it quiet and dark. A fan is available to help with air circulation during the hottest parts of the summer. The living room couch folds out into a double bed for extra guests, but we only recommend it for youths.
If you are travelling with younger children, we offer a Pack ’n Play and/or a small blow-up air mattress with bumpers, which is great for toddlers. Both of these will fit into the main bedroom, just not at the same time :) You will also find a high-chair in the unit.
The bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and extra towels. Please make use of the in-suite laundry---detergent is available. The kitchen is fully-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and cooking essentials. We have a Keurig machine for a quick and easy cup of coffee, but there are also locally roasted coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and a drip-coffee machine, if you prefer. If beer is more your thing, take one of our growlers and get it filled at the Phillips Brewery---only a three-minute walk away. The living room offers a kitchen table, comfortable sitting area, a 55-inch TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video, and high-speed internet (300mb).
We are centrally located. All of Victoria’s best attractions are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transit.
Parking:
- We do not have onsite parking. Cars parked in the garage will be towed at the owner's expense.
- City street parking is available and free from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- A city parkade is located at 645 Fisgard Street, which is a three- to four minute walk from our condo ($15/day and free from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and free on Sundays and holidays).
- A Robins Parking Lot is located at 530 Chatham St which is a three-minute from our condo. Rates are $3 per hour and $12 per 12 hours. Because you register your license plate number, you should be able to come and go provided there are available spots.

Guest access:
48 hours prior to your arrival, you will be sent check-in instructions and given a unique 4-digit code that will allow you to access both the main building entrance and our unit door.
Other things to note:
Onsite parking is not available. Cars parked in the garage without a permit will be towed.
We are a no-smoking/vaping building. Any incidents of smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony will be charged $300.
If you are bringing a bike, there are bike racks in the parking garage. You will need your own lock and use the bike rack at your own risk. Feel free to keep your bikes in the unit, but please be careful to not cause any damage to the common areas or inside the unit.
Please be mindful of current weather reports and travel implications. We are on an island, and the weather sometimes delays travel onto or off the island. Unless 72 hours' notice is provided, we are unable to provide a refund on weather-related delays.
If you are coming to Victoria with a car via the BC Ferries, we always recommend a reservation. We never leave the Island without one.
