All the sights, bars and restaurants will be within walking distance to maximize your holiday!

Located in the heart of Canada's Garden City. Only minutes away from the BC Legislature, Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum and much more.
We are pleased to offer a home away from home. A fully furnished 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 9th floor over looking the Empress Hotel and Victoria's Conference Centre. Queen Sized beds along with a convertible sofa bed makes a party of 6 nice and cozy.
Guests have full access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, gym and lovely private garden.
*We offer the highest grade cleaning with health and safety in mind. We use a set of mandatory COVID-19 safety practices upon every check in and check out based on guidance from the Centre's for Disease Control & Prevention.
- Our cleaners wear masks & gloves and follow protocols to the full extent.
- We use extra sanitization to disinfect high touch surfaces such as door knobs & remotes
- Our cleaners also do temperature checks prior to any cleans

-THERE IS NO TOLERANCE FOR LOUD NOISES AND PARTIES (IF THIS IS NOT FOLLOWED AND STRATA DOES FINE THE OWNER. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FINE). If neighbours notify us of loud noise or party you will be asked to leave immediately.
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
