Stay in the center of the city and feel like you are in the center of the forest! On the corner of Douglas St. and Burdett Ave. are Vancouver Island's most luxurious residences: The Falls. This one-bedroom condo has two televisions, white linens, gas barbecue, washer/dryer, air conditioning, but the best part is the large outdoor private patio surrounded by trees and tranquil ponds.

The electronic token you will receive upon arrival allows secure access to the building lobby, swimming pool/hot-tub/fitness room, and underground parking. This suite includes one underground parking stall (maximum vehicle height 6'8" / 2 meters). You need the electronic token to both enter and exit the underground parking.
If there are no other guests checking-out on the day of your arrival, you may be able to check-in earlier than 3pm / If there are no guests checking-in on the day you depart, you may be able to check-out later than 11am. If either an early check-in or late check-out is useful to you, please contact me a week before your trip and I will try to make it happen.
I will be meeting you outside the building when you arrive to show you your parking stall and give you a brief tour of the building and suite, I will also be meeting you outside the building when you depart to collect the electronic access token and key.
The swimming pool and hot-tub are now open open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The area is closed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow for cleaning and water testing. There is no lifeguard on duty; the use of the pool and hot-tub are at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult, and children under the age of 6 years old must not use the hot tub.
The outdoor swimming pool is on the south-east corner of the building so there is sunshine from noon on, but the condo is on a north-west corner so there is only some direct sunshine in the morning.
With all due respect, if you live on Vancouver Island and are just looking for a place to party with all your friends, this is not the suite you want, I can assure you of that.
