From the ground up with all NEW utilities including central air conditioning, new plumbing, and electrical throughout. 3 1/2 newly renovated baths with granite floors and countertops, a lovely new kitchen with plenty of room to spread out for a group of 10. This three-story home has a kitchen, dining room, and parlor room on the first floor. Two queen beds, and two full bathrooms on the second floor. There are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom on the third floor with two trundle beds upstairs as well.
