Beautifully appointed home on the 7th hole of Palmetto Pine Public Golf Course! Located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood on a horseshoe cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Wait til you see the backyard!! From the screened-in lanai with a super-comfy seating area, table and chairs, two-person hot tub, you overlook golfers playing in your backyard! There are six chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas to keep you cool in between dipping in the pool, with soft sand to give you the feel of being on your own private beach. The putting green will keep your golf game up to "par". Inside, you'll relax in the living area, complete with TV and high speed internet. The kitchen has granite countertops and bar stools at the island for easy entertaining. We added a dining room table with room for 6. Large primary bedroom brand-new king memory foal mattress (so comfy!) with two walk-in closets for storing luggage and clothing. The primary en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, large walk-in tile shower, and a private commode space. On the other end of the house, you'll find the Flip Flop bedroom, with a queen Sleep Number bed, TV with Roku, and a large closet. Next door is the Coral Bedroom, with a new queen-size hybrid memory foam mattress. There is a sliding door accessing the pool area and backyard, with a view of the golf course. The guest bath has a tub/shower with tile surround.
Kitchen comes equipped with toaster, Keurig and K-Cups, condiments and many spices/baking supplies. We have included a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soaps in each bath.

Cape Coral has so many restaurants to choose from, and you can enjoy delivery options for groceries, beer/wine/liquor, and of course, Door Dash!! Pretty much whatever you need is available within a few miles, and Fort Myers is a short drive with many more shopping options.
Just 40 minutes away is the Key West Express! Board the jet-powered catamaran at 7 AM, sit back and relax the ride, arrive in Key West in approximately 3 1/2 hours. Spend the day and hop back on around 5:30 and back to Fort Myers for the night! https://www.keywestexpress.net/
