Above 2,500 feet, this home is nestled amongst pristine rivers fed by melted snow, lush forests, and granite rocks. The spaciousness, privacy, ample parking, outdoor deck, large kitchen, dining space, living room with high ceilings, 2 bedrooms, yoga/ movement loft, and kid-friendly bunk zone makes it perfect for sharing with family & friends.

Master Bedroom: Walk-in jungle-like river-rock pebble stone floor double shower heads & his/hers vanities. Huge closets & on the second floor next to the 2 double full-size beds, plus a pull-out trundle bed.
Note: Upstairs loft beds- Upper beds can only hold a max of 250 lbs. So, it is ideal for either 2 small children or only 1 adult.
The bottom full bed can sleep 2 small adults or 2 kids.
Bottom Pull Out Trundle sleeps 1 adult or 1 kid.
Guest Room: 1 queen bed on the ground floor w/private access to the back deck & a nice walk-in closet with access to the shared bathroom on the bottom floor next to the living room.
Kitchen: Stunning custom built w/beautiful tile work around the countertops, gas stove, copper sink, granite countertops, bar seating, dining table that seats 8 comfortably, & saltillo tiled floor. Direct access to the living room & back deck.
*Please use the outdoor BBQ instead of the indoor range bbq for cooking meat. Thanks!
