The Space:
This property is located along a Biological Corridor and is 100 meters removed from the
Ostional Wildlife Refuge. Located on a dead-end street and steps from everything;
restaurants, shops, surf, biking, and super markets. This property is located in a unique
area that you can hear both the waves breaking in Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada.
Surrounded by old growth trees and canopy, combined with tropical landscaping, this
family property is visited by wildlife in abundance and provides the perfect launching
point for that idealistic Guiones vacation.
There are two main buildings: The Main House and The Casita.
The Main House on this property consists 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms, sleeps 4-6
people.
The master bedroom has large king-size bed, with two attached master bathrooms!
(his and hers) Walk in- Closet and large soaking tub are included in the “hers” master
bathroom. The master is comfy and feels like a hotel suite, it also has a balcony and
view of the pool area and jungle.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to a single queen, that
also has a balcony, large sliding glass doors, and views of the pool and jungle.
The third bedroom has one queen bed with nigh tables and lamps.
The second and third bedroom share a large bathroom.
All bedrooms are on the second/upper floor.
On the first floor, you will find a large open floor plan with living area, kitchen, and dining
areas. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and amenities, large TV in living room,
high end furniture, sofa, accent chair, a beautiful and functional sitting bench
surrounded by bay windows. Tons of sitting area and chairs at the huge kitchen island,
as well as a “kids table” area with seating for 4 children at the side table attached to the
kitchen island. This is perfect for kids to setup with arts and crafts, computers, or
electronics in between surf and adventure settings.
The dining area on the first floor has an amazing custom circular teak table with seating
for 8, also with custom teak and fabric dining chairs. This table is accented by a
centerpiece chandelier hanging over the dining area.
Additionally, on the first floor is laundry room with brand new large capacity washer and
dryer. There is a gas stove and cooktop as well as gas powered dryer.
This home is insulated, climate and humidity controlled, has central security system and

includes brand new laundry (both washer and dryer) onsite as well. Living area has
