Enjoy the best of both worlds at our serene location - only a mile west of the famed Healdsburg Plaza, and just past the newly-renovated Madrona, with its outstanding bar and restaurant. A short jog up the he hill on a private paved road, one finds this slice of Healdsburg heaven. Enter via a lovely limestone walkway into the 3,000 sq ft Casa. A covered entry leads you to lovely marble foyer. The end of this entry hall, on the east side, boasts a beautiful array of glass windows on each side and above the matching glass double doors, optimizing the beauty of the fabulous views.
The spacious, great room with soaring cathedral ceilings welcomes you home. The living area is also graced with a floor to cathedral ceiling window wall, letting Mother Nature's light and beauty inside and is furnished with a comfy sofa, paired chairs, a coffee table, ceiling fan, and a wood burning stove. The dining area's expandable table for six sits next to the kitchen with granite countertops and an island with three comfy stools for your backseat cooks. Sure to please the chef, the kitchen is beautifully equipped with a six-burner stainless steel range with oven and hood, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge and convenient freestanding butcher block island.
Just off the great room is a cathedral-ceilinged entertainment room with beautiful windows facing the easterly views, an entertainment center with a 65" OLED TV, and sound system. Beautifully decorated, the seating has a comfy sofa that converts to a queen bed and loveseat combo. Down an adjacent hallway is a full shared bath with tub. Next door is the laundry room with an GE washer/dryer and sink.
Further down the hall and next on the left is a another guest bedroom with a queen bed . At the end of the hallway is the first of two en-suite bedrooms. This first bedroom with bath and shower over tub and a large cedar lined closet. The cherry wood stairs to the second level and enter a large loft with cathedral ceilings, sofa, chairs, and a king bed. The large primary suite to the left of the entry has a king bed, 42" HD TV, and a large walk-in closet. Its ensuite bath is beautiful with cathedral ceilings, and a stone tiled shower with glass brick wall. This bathroom's large soaking tub maintains its privacy from the outside, with a matching glass brick window. An additional private suite with queen bed, bath, dedicated deck, view of the Dry Creek Valley and its own keyed entry is accessed through the side garden.
