Casey's Fun 'n Sun Bungalow is a 2 bedroom / 1 Bath that is sure to please the most discerning of tastes. Pet Policy: **This property is cat/dog friendly. If you will be bringing your cat/dog, please reach out to us. Restrictions apply: There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 / per pet. Your pet must be under 25 pounds maximum of 2 cat/dogs allowed. Shot records are required for your pet and must be up to date with vaccinations. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Cat/Dog owner accepts full responsibility for your pet. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed. This beach cottage is on a large private lot less than a 1.5 mile walk to the beach.
Casey???s Fun ???n Sun Bungalow is a 2 bedroom / 1 Bath that is sure to please the most Discerning of tastes. The Living room has plenty of room to relax with cable TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. It has a dining area and kitchen that has a dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker and anything else you need to cook. The Master Bedroom is quiet and cozy while the twin bedroom is bright cheerful done in Caribbean colors. The deck is sure to please while enjoying your morning cup of coffee overlooking the large back yard. Casey???s Bungalow comes with quality linens and all your beach needs. Less than a mile to Nokomis beach, located on Casey Key, is a rare find; beautiful and quiet, yet has showers and bath house close to beach. This beach is great for walking, shelling on the 9-mile-long white sand beach or enjoying the 'bongos every Wednesday and Saturday evening at sunset. There are 2 waterfront seafood dining and drinks near the quaint draw bridge that overlooks the Inter-coastal Waterway. Convenient to groceries, pharmacy, shops, and post office.

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out.
Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
