This beautiful retreat is ideal for summer vacations on Cape Cod, weddings at the Popponnesset Inn and the New Seabury Country Club, golf tournaments and family reunions.
Walk down to a private dock and sandy beach on Fells Pond. Kayak, paddleboard, swim and sunbathe on the WATERLILY ! Our pond is professionally cleaned twice a year. Kayaks, a paddle board and bikes are available to guests. Please bring your own bike helmets! Walk or ride bikes to the Poppy Marketplace to eat and shop. Just a few steps from there is the Popponnesset Inn for lunch/dinner and The Lure for music and dancing. Miles of walking trails will take you to the beach and the infamous "SPIT". You don t ever have to leave campus!
The home was designed with a view of the pond from every room on all 3 levels. The first level has a gourmet, large kitchen with Thermador stove, double ovens and island with seating for five. A wood burning fireplace is the cornerstone of large living room that opens up to deck overlooking the pond. The deck is ideal for every meal with seating for eight and two lounge chairs for relaxing at happy hour. The master suite has a private study allowing for a quiet retreat . Also located on this level is the laundry room.
Upstairs is a sitting area between two bedroom suites. Each bedroom has a corresponding full bathroom.
A finished, walkout basement is the perfect spot for all ages. Enjoy the wall mounted tv with comfortable seating and a round table for cards or table games. Ping Pong table , pool table, treadmill and work bench are also on this level. Walk outdoors to the brick patio with four adirondack chairs and grill. A private, outdoor shower will delight kids and adults. Follow steps from the brick patio down to the private beach and dock on Fells Pond! You can sit on the dock with your morning coffee, swim and sun on the Water Lily, paddle board and kayak.
New Seabury in Mashpee is ideally located on the Cape. Twenty minutes in each direction will take you to the Vineyard/Nantucket ferries. The Mashpee Commons offers upscale shopping and five restaurants. The nearby towns of Falmouth, Woods Hole , Osterville, Sandwich, Chatham & Provincetown are a must to explore. Cape Cod Baseball league In Cotuit and Falmouth is a treat for all ages. Come for the beach, stay for the Cape Magic.
