Ahoj and welcome to your elegant and cozy stay in a quiet street in the heart of South Side Flats.
This is a perfect base for traveling to the city for school or work downtown or at a nearby hospital.
Explore the city scene or relax by the outside fire pit on warm or cold nights, cozy up by fireplace in the living room in front of the 55" smart TV and relax in a jetted soaking tub.

The space
The house is perfect for a family experience and comfortably accommodates 4+1 guests with 2-bedrooms and 2.5-bathrooms.
-The first floor is home to the living room with working gas fireplace & 55" smart TV with streaming capabilities. Fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances offers coffee, tea, creamer and more, with dining area seating for 5, and a half bathroom.
-Upstairs, you'll find master suite with gas fireplace and dedicated workspace with private entry into a full bathroom with jetted soaking tub & standalone shower. The second bedroom resides across the hall. Each bedroom offers cooling gel memory foam king-size beds with additional queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
-For longer stays, there are multiple closets, dressers for storage, and an onsite washer and dryer.
- The retreat offers a relaxing outdoor space that comes equipped with a fire pit, lounge seating, lights as well as surround sound speaker system in every room.

Summary: We were a party of 3 - my husband, myself and older mom and we had a very pleasant stay at this place. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful and courteous. The place was exactly as described and is quite stylish and clean with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are spacious with super comfy beds and bathroom is huge with lots of linens. My mom struggled a bit going up the stairs, but it was expected and we managed fine especially as there is a half bath downstairs. Parking was not an issue as well as we parked either right in front of the house or found street parking nearby. It was also very conveniently located for us to move around Pittsburgh. We were here to visit our daughter and also visited the Phelps botanical garden and the temple in Monroeville. We also walked around close to the house and tried out some of the cafes and ice cream shops as recommended by the owner. Thanks for a great stay and if we do visit Pittsburgh again we will definitely stay here.
