The apartment is 90 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a chalet / residence located in front of the green of hole 4 of the golf course, on the main 'promenade' which leads from the center to the ski slopes of the children in winter and at the golf driving range in summer.
On foot you are only 7-10 minutes from the center of Crans and the golf clubhouse and 20-30 minutes from the main cable car that takes you to the ski slopes.
It is a bright and very welcoming apartment when you wake up in the morning, and with the fireplace on you will have warm atmospheres for your dinners in the evening.
From the living room terrace you can access the small private garden which becomes very large as it is combined with the condominium one.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom (with shower), while the second bathroom (with bathtub) serves the other two bedrooms which are respectively equipped with a single bed (extendable to a double) and 2 single beds. All beds have new mattresses.
Parking space in the garage is included (door opening / closing with remote control).
The common condominium service areas are very practical and performing, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and 2 drying rooms, in addition to the ski storage room and ping-pong room.
