This spacious, clean, cozy one bedroom apartment with free off-street parking has all you can wish for in a vacation rental. Located at 604 Central Avenue, 1st floor, this property is a short walk from the boardwalk amusements, water park and beach. We are next to wonderful open space, tennis courts, skateboard park, downtown shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful front porch and fenced-in, shady side yard which is shared with the other apartment. The side yard is only available to dogs who can get along with others. :-) Dogs are welcome if they are quiet. Barking dogs are a problem because the houses are close to one another. Central Avenue has less traffic because it is not a thru street. *We charge a $150 dog fee. WE NO LONGER PROVIDE LINENS. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Summary: Lots of places to stay in ocean city, this was one of our favorites. The location of the property is right next to many local shops and restaurants. Makes for really nice walking. For a one bedroom, the property offers a ton of space. Nice porch, kitchen area and utility room for laundry a plus! Parking space is also conveniently located behind property.
