A queen bed in one bdrm, and 2 twin beds, with available single airbed in 2nd bdrm. A full kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, including a Holiday dinner, if desired. A full set of cookware and utensils available, along with dishwaher, microwave and full oven, as pictured. A spacious living/dining area seats up to 6 people, with a 37 inch TV that streams w/ your own log-in, has BASIC cable and broadcast TV, as you choose. Bring your own log-in for streaming, or use the HDMI cable to attach to your computer. Excellent internet speeds make working from this location a breeze. A LAN cable is also available to bypass the wi-fi. A designated workspace is provided in one bedroom, with direct LAN connection if needed. Outstanding storage in each bedroom, and a hall closet provide space for long-term stays, which are welcome with Host permissions. This is an urban, walkable, well-lit, mixed use (commercial, residential, multi-family) within 1.5 miles of UNR (a major university of 36 thousand students.) Grocery, starbucks, laundromat and restaurants. in walking distance. Downtown casinos are @ 1.5 miles (easy uber ride). Unit is as pictured. Great "jumping off" location when you are visiting.
Guests have one assigned parking place (#G) on premises. 'Street parking is available for other vehicles. A Reno city bus runs on 7th (1 block away) to the University and to downtown. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.Reno has "lime " bikes and scooters that abound that are available via an app on your phone.
Other residents of the building are permanent, and appreciate the quiet enjoyment of their home. Hosts own the entire building. Please review the house rules before booking.
