Freshly Renovated -- Classic Carolina Beach House.
We are the third house from one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches on the island. You might get lucky and catch a glimpse of a sea turtle.
This house was designed to entertain groups of friends & family and recently underwent extensive renovations. In August of 2019, a new deck was added.
Enjoy a cook's kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a built-in island with bar seating.
There are two separate living areas, each with a new HD flat-screen television. The main living room has a 14-foot cathedral ceiling and original heart pine floors.
The second living area comes complete with a kitchenette, which includes a full-size refrigerator, full-size sink, and microwave. Both kitchens are fully stocked with silverware, stoneware, appliances, glasses, cups, etc.
The house sits on a large lot and boasts a fully fenced back yard.
Multiple in-door and out-door seating areas, 2 decks, and a shaded patio area by the pool. Sit on the deck, watch the children in the pool and enjoy the sound of the surf.
Wi-Fi is provided.
We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, water toys for the pool and multiple beach carts, with large wheels, so you can easily get your family and all necessary toys and supplies to the beach with ease.
The property is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood with very little traffic. It is close to Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger and the Harris Teeter grocery stores. There are multiple restaurants nearby.
