The home is registered with the Galveston Historical Society as a 1900 Storm Survivor. This updated two-story home is fully fenced, with enough room for your family to enjoy their island getaway, with all modern conveniences including central A/C, free WiFi with in-home office space, four flatscreen internet TVs, and an Xbox One.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking and dinnerware, a large microwave, a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Nothing like waking up and enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch that is furnished with seating and a patio swing. The backyard is like walking into another paradise featuring a wood deck equipped with an electric retractable awning that provides full shade on a hot summer island day. With the electric gate off the alley in the back, you have private gated parking for up to two vehicles.
