Great 2 story condo now available for anyone wanting to enjoy one of the neatest neighborhoods in Austin. Zilker/Barton area remain an eclectic and safe community maintaining the nostalgic reminiscence of "old austin" that other areas of the city have lost. This is also one of the most active recreation areas in Austin. For a refreshing dip, walk across the street to Barton Springs Pool, Visit Zilker Park Play Ground and ride the Zilker Zypher train around the park from Barton Springs Pool. Attend an event at Zilker Park (ACL, Trail of Lights, The Kite Festival, Blues on the Green) or watch a Zilker Theater Production. Take a bike, or run/walk on Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail which leads to downtown, several stand up paddle board and kayak locations, Deep Eddy Pool, and the Greenbelt which are all accessible by the trail.

Summary: The property matched the on line description. Given the size of Austin, it was nice to stay in a condo that was conveniently close to major attractions. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils and vinegar. It made grocery shopping simple, just fresh vegetables, fruits, etc. the other pleasant discovery was electrical outlets converts to be electronic charging ports in the bedrooms and dining room. The owner was easy to reach a d answered questions promptly. Thany you Micah!
