Our home is a rustic 2bd 2ba cottage (office can be converted to a 3rd bedroom upon request) in the heart of Leucadia a sleepy hip beach neighborhood on the north end of the surf destination of Encinitas, surrounded by .43acres of private gardens. It is available to rent for 1-3months from May 1st to August 1st while we travel to the east coast. Enjoy the pool, the sauna, the firepit and many meandering walkways throughout the property, all while being a short walk to Stone Steps, Beacons and many coffee shops and restaurants. The Leucadia Farmers market, and Orpheus Dog Park are just down the block.
Our home sits just off the famous 101 where you'll find everything Encinitas/Leucadia have to offer! Surf Stone Steps in the morning before checking out the scene at Coffee Coffee, relax by the pool in the afternoon before grabbing some sushi at Kai Ola or homemade pasta at Buona Forcetta.

We have 10 hens on the property. If you are interested in caring for them let us know, otherwise we will have someone come by each morning to tend to them. You'll get lots of fresh eggs while you're here!
There is an art studio that can be used as an office, or converted to a third bedroom upon request at time of booking. *kiln and pottery wheel will be removed either way.
Free off street parking is available for up to two cars.
An additional parking spot is available if the smaller 1bd 1ba cottage is also rented.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
