KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is well stocked with modern amenities! It includes an electric range and oven, microwave, Ninja coffee maker, blender, mixing bowls, and crockpot. There are pots, pans, skillets, bakeware, dishes, cups and utensils.
There is a large dining room table that comfortably seats 6 with chairs provided at the island for use as well!
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
The upstairs bedroom has a cozy queen bed with comfortable linens, pillows and blankets. A full closet, reading material, clothes rack, and space heater are also provided.
LIVING SPACE
Enjoy a beautiful south facing open living area with plenty of natural light. There is a leather couch and comfy chair to sit and enjoy your smart TV! Mountain view from couch! Enjoy meals and games on our beautifully refinished dining room table.
The large deck through the slider door is the perfect outdoor sanctuary. Enjoy looking at the Pikes Peak range while enjoying the warmth from our infrared sauna! You will also find a Traeger Grill, large outdoor dining table and gas fireplace to enjoy a night out under the stars!
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
Enjoy a large KING BED as you enjoy your favorite shows on another smart TV viewable from bed! This room provides ample space for storage with a giant closet. A private bathroom is attached!
BATHROOMS
Upstairs - a full shower/bath tub combo, pedestal sink, and toilet located near the upstairs bedroom.
Downstairs - a freestanding shower with glass door, toilet, sink and towel warmer for those cold Colorado nights!
LAUNDRY ROOM
Please feel free to do laundry at your convenience! Both a washer and dryer are provided with soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets!

NOISE - Please no loud music after hours and NO PARTIES. We want to respect the area/neighbors and maintain the peace and tranquility that is so hard to get near major cities.
SMOKING - Absolutely no smoking indoors. Please be respectful of our property! There is plenty of space to smoke outdoors and receptacles are provided. Failure to abide by this rule will lead to our cleaners deep clean fee passed off to you.
WINTER - Between the months of November and May please come prepared with 4WD/AWD. The county does a great job maintaining the roads after the snowfall has ceased. This can be unpredictable. Please be safe and be prepared for inclement weather! We will not be able to personally tow you if you get stuck!
SECURITY CAMERAS - There are three cameras on the exterior of the property to keep you safe and the property protected when no one is there! There are no cameras indoors and the deck camera points away from the sauna!
WELL WATER/SENSITIVE SEPTIC - The property is on well water and also has a very sensitive septic system. PLEASE do not put anything besides natural waste and toilet paper down the toilets and NO food waste down the sinks.
INTERNET/CELL SERVICE - We have Starlink internet with high speeds! Cell service (when not connected to WiFi) can be a bit spotty depending where you are in the area!
ALTITUDE/FIRE SAFETY - Catamount Cabin sits at 9000+ feet of elevation. Please be safe as altitude sickness can affect anyone! Please be prepared especially if coming out of state!
WILDLIFE/CRITTERS - There are a lot of critters in the area! (Deer, squirrels, birds, mice, and even bears!) Please do not leave any food outside and always latch the bear safe trash can when closing!
