This luxurious property is laid out around a sunny waterfront with barbecue, row of loungers, and sitting outdoor furniture and dining areas. Living room/dining -A designer neutral tones furnishings with high end sofa and lounge chairs are set off by colorful artwork and vibrant throw pillows. Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar looking over the canal. Master Bedroom - King bed with luxury comfortable matters and hierarchical pillows, 55 inches tv, full bathroom and a large walking closet and private balcony overlooking the canal. IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GUEST:

No noise or loud music after 10 PM shall we receive any complaints about such, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave.
There will be a $500.00 fine to the guest for smoking inside the house or any non-smoking area.
If you want to park a boat in our 45 ft Dock an extra $200 daily charge will be collected for the amount of days the boat is parked!

I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring fire rescue and result in a $1,010.00 charge. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas, including the back patio. It is very important that the house is returned in the same condition in which they were delivered at the time of check in. The guest has 8 hours after check in to report any existing damage to the property, otherwise the guest will be held responsible. If the guest enters unregistered people or commits any infraction he/she can be expelled from the property by the property manager at any time without any refund for the full stay. Keep the balconies/ deck door Close all the time, management can give you a fine if the AC is on with the doors open. We are here to help you and others who need to have a great vacation.
