The kitchen has all the appliances you need for a vacation, including oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils needed for those meals indoors. The dining room table is perfect, with seating for 8 people at the table to get the whole family together.
Adjacent to the living area on the ground floor is the completed covered lanai area, keeping you comfortable while enjoying those days / evenings outdoors. The covered lanai features even more seating outside, along with an above ground hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The hot tub stays at the perfect temperatures while providing the jets needed to relax. The lanai is equipped with outdoor lighting to make the area extra special.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for you and your guests. All of the bedrooms are furnished with modern furnishings and mattresses, linens, and king-, queen-, or full-sized beds. The 4th Bedroom full mattress is the top bed in a bunk bed setup, with a couch below to sit and relax. All three bathrooms are full bathrooms, ensuring you have plenty of shower space for your entire party. The attic of the home has even been converted as a children's play area, equipped with two twin mattresses for relaxation, a low couch with entertainment, and the perfect place for kids to play together in a safe place that is comfortable.
