Amazing new construction modern home, carefully designed to provide you with the perfect, stylish, desert escape! The property is 15 minutes to Palm Springs and minutes away from Desert Hot Springs's world-renowned spas and hot springs, 30 minutes to Coachella, and 35 mins to Joshua Tree. This relaxing and calm retreat has a beautiful fire pit, jacuzzi with an outdoor dining area and an arc hammock, so you can enjoy the night sky in comfort. Our home is the perfect place for couples, families & small groups to getaway.
MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING
We’re excited to welcome you to our home! Please read the house rules carefully and consider them when booking. We want you to enjoy your vacation in Desert Hot Springs with no surprises.
Please TAKE NOTE of the following as it pertains to your stay:
HOUSE RULES:
◦ No outdoor shoes in the house
◦ The desert is prone to high winds. When not in use, the umbrella must be down at all times, and the hammock canopy folded and placed back in the house.
◦ No SMOKING or vaping indoors under any circumstances.
◦ Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
◦ Noise: Zero-tolerance policy for outdoor noise—violation could lead to immediate eviction without refund.
◦ PETS are not allowed at this time.
◦ Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
◦ KIDS/INFANTS: The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed. Any children staying on the property must be supervised at all times
◦ BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We ask that you let us know immediately if something gets broken or damaged so we can take the appropriate steps to get it fixed and/or replaced before the next guests arrive. This IS NOT a party house, but we understand that accidents do happen.
◦ HOT TUB - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.

◦ IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB
To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using our facilities. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.
◦ SLIPPERS/FLIP FLOPS
No outdoor shoes in the house, please, as we strive to keep the home as clean as possible. Please bring flip-flops for walking in the backyard as not to hurt your feet on rocks and/or the occasional cactus.
◦ NO PARTIES:
This is not a party house and is not set up for large groups as we do have neighbors. We only allowed the four registered guests on the property at any one time. If you want a party home in the middle of nowhere, this is not the space for you. Desert Breeze House is a perfect retreat for couples that want to come to the desert and relax while having the safety of neighbors. We have a camera pointed at the driveway in order to ensure only the registered guests are on the property.
◦ THE DESERT IS WILD!
- The desert is home to coyotes, spiders, scorpions, wild dogs, bobcats, snakes, large birds of prey, and lots of pokey things!
- It's nearly impossible to keep every bug out, especially if doors are left open or it's been very hot lately. By booking with us you are acknowledging this.
- Temperature and weather extremes are common including high winds, dust storms, snow, and temperatures ranging from 38-110 F.
- This is California: Wildfires and Earthquakes can happen!
Please prepare, plan, dress, hydrate, apply sunscreen, and supervise children, pets, and loved ones accordingly.
◦ HOUSE VENDORS:
Service providers such as house cleaners and landscapers/gardeners are scheduled regularly for service while you're staying with us. They let themselves into the yards without notice. The trash day is on Friday.
