Our cozy desert escape includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and designated work space to allow you to work remotely. Comfortable living room with 70 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney +) and Pool Table. Full Kitchen with Dining Area that seats 8. Private backyard with pool and spa, Gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area that seats 6.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of our community and neighbors.
The desert can become extremely windy, please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight.
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Early check-in is $50/hour but must be approved by host.
Checkout: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is $50/hour but must be approved by the host.
NO DIVING - pool is only 6ft deep. Please ensure that you and your guests follow appropriate safety guidelines in and around the pool. Pool does not have a safety gate, cover or net installed. If you are interested in heating the pool there will be an additional charge depending on the season and the length of your stay. Please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to heat the jacuzzi but please be sure to turn it off when not in use.
UPON DEPARTURE:
please check that all home and game room accessories are placed in its original location. Please remove all personal belongings, including pool toys/accessories or dispose of it properly. Please place all dirty towels in the bathroom tub and leave all used beds unmade. Please place all dishes in dishwasher. Please take all garbage/trash to the outside bins.
