As guests, you will have full access to the entire house, including the private backyard area that promotes rejuvenation and relaxation. Pool heating is available for an additional cost. This is a shallow pool and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool. Please note that charcoal is not provided for the BBQ.

Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street. There is no access to the garage.

Explore the area's vibrant Natural Hot Springs and breathtaking mountain views. City is named for its many natural hot springs & is one of several places in the world with naturally occurring hot and cold mineral springs, which you can enjoy by visiting them at your leisure.

Getting Around:
As you drive up to the house, you can park your car on the driveway and also in the 2 car covered garage.

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise monitor installed in the patio. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is not recording video or audio.

NOISE: All Desert Cities in Riverside County have strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Guest is responsible for any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Desert Hot Springs. Such examples can be found in our House Rules. All Credit card fees are not refundable if reservation is canceled (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
