We are only 4 blocks from bustling Central Ave, 1 block to the Historic Old Northeast, 3 blocks to pristine waters of St Pete Pier and the iconic Vinoy Hotel. Our neighborhood is ultra safe and in a quiet residential area, minutes walk from all the top F&B, museums and entertainment. If you are a Rays fan, Tropicana is walking distance as are 3 major hospitals and manor employers if you are visiting for work. On our same block, we have the local favorite cafe, Kahwa’s and exquisite Must Wines for fine wines, gourmet cheese and live music.
There is simply no better location in Downtown St Pete!
Walk or bike anywhere - we are right downtown! There is really no need for a car. The St Pete trolley strolls down our street to tour downtown as is a free bus to take you to and from St Pete Beach if you want some white sand inspired relaxation.

** PARKING **
Parking in St. Pete can be challenging! ONSITE PARKING IS PAID parking only - YOU MUST REQUEST A PARKING PASS IN ADVANCE. We have only a limited number of spots available, so please pre-purchase the pass at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $20/day/car. No campers/RVs are allowed.
You have other options for parking! There is street parking after 10 pm; please read the signs. In addition, there are several parking garages within walking distance, such as Sundial, SP+Parking, and MAACM. Please inquire with them for rates and other information.
** QUIET HOURS **
Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am.
** KITCHEN **
Our kitchens are ready for light cooking. If you're staying long-term or discover something is amiss, please let us know, and we will do our best to get you covered.
** SHARED SPACES **
Our buildings have common spaces that are shared among our guests. We ask everyone to respect each other and follow the rules for an enjoyable coexistence.
