2 Bedroom Condo in St. Petersburg
Two bedroom, two bathroom with beautiful waterfront view over Bocca Ceiga Bay. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including range, microwave,dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The master Bedroom is a King and has a flat screen TV, and a lovely view of the Bay, the 2nd Bedroom is a Queen. There is a flat screen TV in the Living room and it has full cable and internet and the entry code is in the unit for your convienance.
This Condominium complex has its own exercise room and games room with a pool table plus board games. There is a small TV for watching whilst exercising and a 60 flat screen TV on the recreational side of the room. There is also a Party Room and a list of up and coming events to be held in this room is usually on the Bulletin Board in the Lobby's. There are less events in the Summer months , but in the Winter Months there are a lot of party's. Both rooms have DVD and Book "libraries" all at no charge.
The Pool and Jacuzzi are situated beside the water's edge and there is a pier for fishing or just for relaxing and watching the dolphins, pelicans and sunsets.
Isla Del Sol (the ISLAND) has award winning Fort De Soto Park and St. Pete Beach with their great beaches within a five minute drive. Also on the Island is an 18 hole golf course which is open to non-members through the summer months. In addition the Shoppers Village which is 400 yards from the Condo has The Deck, which is a reasonably priced full service Bar and Restaurant, a Japanese Restaurant, Subway, The Island Hair and Nail Salon, & a Dentist. The next Island is Tierra Verde which has approx six more restaurants and 2 more Bars.
The Owner lives nearby and is available at all times to help with any services needed, or unexpected problems and can also advise on attractions and local events.
