This townhouse is located at a beautiful, family friendly complex directly across the street from Disneyland & the Downtown Disney. It’s only about 12 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure Park, 6 minute walk to the free Disneyland tram, or an 8 minute walk to Monorail in Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Disneyland. You get 2 reserved parking spots in our complex (1 garaged & 1 curbside), so a $20 parking fare in Disneyland is not necessary. This property has three communal resort style pools ( toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) , a hot spa, and a kids playground. They are only a few short steps away from the unit.
This townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at front of the complex. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxury mattress and linen, and a twin size folding bed in the walk-in closet. The second bed room has a twin/full bunk bed with books and toys. This home includes a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked kitchen items such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, slow cooker, blender and whole sets of dishes and cups, etc.; a comfortable family room with relaxing sofa (it can be converted to a comfortable full size bed), a big flat screen TV with cable access, plus free wireless internet; and an in house washer and dryer to make you more at home on your vacation. Also there are Pack'N Play, high chair, stroller, cooler with wheels and BBQ grill etc.
