Welcome to 69 Austinwood Lane in charming Dune Allen Beach on Scenic Highway 30A! Our one-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage sleeps four guests and features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck with a hot tub. Our home is located just minutes from the white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and offers convenience to some of the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife!
The first floor of our two-story cottage features a spacious living area, a gourmet kitchen, a half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal and features a breakfast bar with seating for two. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers cozy seating, a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. From the living area, guests can access a spacious porch and oversized deck with a bubbling hot tub.
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a luxurious king bed and an updated ensuite bathroom. *Upstairs balcony not accessible.
For your convenience, there is a gas grill and complimentary high speed internet is available.
The Dune Allen Beach community is conveniently located near 30a local restaurants, bars and beaches. Our home is just a short drive from Stinky's Fish Camp, famous for it's fresh seafood, frozen drinks and craft beers and Gulf Place, known for its restaurants, specialty boutiques, seasonal festivals and outdoor concerts at the amphitheater. Sandestin Resort is also nearby and offers year-round golf, restaurants, entertainment and boutique shopping. And with public beach access points just a short walk or car/bike ride away, good times are never far at 69 Austinwood Lane!
