Enjoy cocktails on any of three levels while watching the sun set as the colored lights glow from the Wharf and Boardwalk. You have the perfect location to watch the Wednesday Night Sailboat Races and are only a short walk to the Crow’s Nest restaurant, harbor, and beach volley ball courts. After roasting marshmallows on the wood fire pit, and watching an awesome sunset, it is time for bed. You can leave your Ocean Sound Sleep Machine at home, and drift off listening to nature’s waves crash on the beach.
The East Cliff Lighthouse is a 3000 sq.ft. new construction beach home where each of the bedrooms has wonderful views of the ocean, lagoon and beach. The basement theater room has a 75” Smart 4k TV with surround sound. The basement game room boasts a professional Killer Spin ping pong table and a Tornado 3000 foosball table. All three floors are serviced by stair well. There is one bedroom at street level, along with the living space. The two other bedrooms are upstairs.
