The bungalow's design is based on traditional greek architecture & is constructed with ecological earthy materials, so the whole building "breathes"! Even the roof is planted, to blend in with the natural surrounding and also to provide a cool temperature in the summer heat. The pool is at your feet and the sea 5 minutes drive away. So, you feel you are on a greek island but still you are 29 klm from Athens center!
The bungalow is part of a 3 level property of 3 independent summer homes on the top of a small hill 700m walk from the beach, with fantastic views of the Aegean sea. The lowest level has a large infinity pool that overflows towards the sea view. The bungalow has a private garden and stands on a seperate level between the other 2 homes, with views of the pool & the sea, so there is no direct eye-contact with other guests or the owner-family that occupies the top home (we have our own entrance and garden in the opposite direction, so hosts and guests enjoy full privacy).
The bungalow's private garden is planted with olive, fig and pomegranate trees and herbs of the mediterranean. There is a bamboo seating area for breakfast & dining and deck-chairs for relaxing & reading. Only the swimming pool level is shared with the other summer-home of the property but we have 2 seating areas on each side if the pool, so there is plenty of space.
The bungalow can be combined with the other house, in case you are a larger group (4+4=8 persons).
Our neighborhood "Lagonisi" is known for traditional good-quality tavernas and for the crystal-clear beaches.
The nearest beach is called "Blue beach" and is a 10 minute walk.
A rental-car is recommended, to explore the numerous beaches of the Athens Riviera and the fishing villages with the great food tavernas.
22klm from Athens airport, 20' drive. Private transfer & taxi is available but a rental car is the best choice.
