The space
This three-bedroom townhouse offers picturesque views of the lagoon. It is an end unit which makes it even more light and airy! The patio off the main floor is perfect for dining alfresco or birdwatching. The main floor also includes a stacked washer/dryer, half bath and storage closet.
The three bedrooms are located on the second level. One master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, deck with chairs and full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and bathroom with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom perfect for a kids’ or teen's room with a twin bed and trundle, it does not have private access to a bathroom or closet.
We provide linens and bath towels but no beach towels.
There is a $300 replacement cost for FOBs that are lost or not left in the unit upon check out.
