Experience one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods, by staying in a piece of architectural history. Completely remodeled with design and comfort in mind. This historic home is a 3 bed, 3.5 bath, with 1 sauna, a small sitting backyard, outdoor fire pit and hot tub. A wonderful gathering place for BBQ’s and chilling with a glass of wine. It's perfect for maximum of 6 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, shower, etc. The 2nd upstairs floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The downstairs guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a hallway bath with tub/shower combo. There are 2 living room areas with Flat Screen Smart TV, free WIFI & premium cable. The main floor living room is open to the gourmet kitchen with island. The downstairs living room has a huge L shaped sectional, perfect gathering place for the kids or adults to watch movies, sports and enjoy each other’s company. The formal dining room seats 4 persons, but can be extended with portable tables for 8 upon request.
There is a very large kitchen with a 4-burner stove/oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and full-sized dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking and a kitchen island that seat 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full-sized laundry is located off the kitchen with a front load washer and dryer. After a long day, relax and unwind in the private sauna.
