Lots of space, can sleep up to 12 people comfortably also can accommodate parking for at least 2 trucks and boat trailers as well as another car. Gravel driveway but well maintained, not steep, lower cars and motorcycles will have no issues accessing property. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of deck space to enjoy views of the lake. We have awesome views in both directions on the main channel. Very peaceful area. This is a 3 level home. Sits right across the lake from Margaritaville.
We do have a dock that can be used for fishing or swimming, but if you are bringing your boat you will have to use a launch area about 1 mile away. The launch area has a resort (Peaceful Valley Resort) that rents boat slips for $20 per day. Our boat slip and dock lifts are not available for use. Alot of people have commented about the stairs to the dock, they are concrete with handrails on each side. If you don’t have stairs to the water you would not have the fabulous view. So it is give and take I’m afraid.
There is a propane/charcoal combo bbq grill on upper deck. We supply propane but not the charcoal. Fire pit area overlooking fabulous views. The interior fireplaces are available during winter months only.
No access to garage. We ask if something does get broken while you are there to please let us know, we are very understanding that accidents happen. If you have small children feel free to move breakables out of their reach.
We do not own the property across the road from our home and ask you do not park there. We are pet lovers but pets are not allowed and no smoking in the home, smoking outside is fine.
ABSOLUTELY no parties (family parties are fine), this is a family home. The individual that rents the home must be 25 or older, ID may be required.
30 minutes from Ballpark Nationals ballpark and 15 miles from Ozark Amphitheater.
