Treat yourself this time! A lush, relaxing, tropical landscape sets the stage for your perfect vacation! This magnificent Waterside condominium is in the upscale community of Bay Beach on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. You enter your Executive Vacation Condo on the 9th Floor by your private elevator entrance. Luxury abounds the open concept, professionally decorated Bahamian-style furnished condo with beautiful details. The entire living area enjoys a spectacular panoramic waterfront view with the Gulf beyond. You are first greeted to the spacious living room with comfortable seating to relax in and entertain guests after your day at the beach. Tall glass sliders open up to a HUGE screened in Lanai outfitted with beautiful patio furniture to enjoy the Gulf view, the sunshine and the sea breezes. Offering the same waterfront view is the open dining area with a large table for 6 and full sized buffet, and a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and its own breakfast bar with two bar stools. Then there's a separate Breakfast Nook with high top table and seating and a huge picture window with a spectacular view - what a way to greet the morning - perfect spot to sit and make your plans for the day....walk on the beach, sit by the pool, tennis, dolphin tour, kayaking at Lover's Key, fishing charter...so much to do! (Kitchen also has a desk for those who need to work remotely) A generous Half Bath completes the Living Area.
There is great attention given to provide guests with an impeccably clean and beautiful environment. (There is a no smoking and no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests.)
There are two spacious Full sized Bedrooms, all with complete bedroom furniture, closets, and Beds, along with a lovely Den .
The large Master Suite has a Queen bed with tropical bedding and comfortable mattress, and its own private access to the Screened In Lanai with the Gulf view. The lovely Master Bath En Suite has a deep soaking Tub perfect for relaxing and a separate Walk In Shower. There are two separate his and her vanities and sinks. A flat screen TV is in the Master Bedroom for you to enjoy a late night show or enjoy a movie.
The Guest Bedroom has two Twin Beds and is also decorated in a Bahamian tropical theme and enjoys its own TV and a special shared Bayside Balcony with a fabulous view of the Bay. From the Balcony, enjoy watching osprey, egrets, and blue herons that frequent the Bay - ideal for relaxing with a cool drink. The Guest Bath, situated between the Guest Bedroom and the Den, features a large vanity and a Tub/Shower Combination. The Den features a huge TV, comfortable seating, including a single sofa bed, and has similar access to the Bayside Balcony and Guest Bath.
The air-conditioned, 9th Floor Vacation Condo is very spacious and allows room for all to feel right at home. As soon as you enter the condo you will see the beautiful details including lighted tray ceilings, tiled floors, and ceiling fans. For your convenience, there is a Full sized Laundry room with Washer and Dryer and sink. Of course there is free WiFi and TV service throughout the unit. There are several elevators in the building, a secured lobby, and ample onsite parking. The building has a portico for easy loading and unloading the car in any type of weather.
Walk down Bay Beach Lane, cross the street, and through our private beach access to greet the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a walk with your toes in the warm Gulf waters, go shelling or watch spectacular sunsets! Dolphins frequent our seven mile beach which has sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles.
Enjoy all the amenities the Waterside building offers including a large resort size heated pool and spa, tennis, fitness center, sauna, steam room, BBQ area, large social room, and fishing pier.
