A spacious open main floor with expansive windows, cathedral ceiling that spans the living and dining rooms, bamboo hardwood floors, fireplaces, beautifully furnished including antiques and artwork, lends itself to entertaining in an informal but gracious ambience.
Large kitchen for the most discriminating of tastes features an 8’ island with seating for six next to a charming sitting area and grand gas fireplace overlooking the private, south-facing backyard including an island oasis of perennial gardens and a fire pit. This home has a relaxing atmosphere and is ready for you to enjoy a fabulous Chester holiday.
Well suited to accommodate multi-families and friends as the house can be conveniently separated into two wings by a designer interior barn door and can sleep up to 10 adults.
The large master suite upstairs features a walkout private deck and view of the ocean. It has a vaulted ceiling with king sized poster plantation bed, en-suite with soaker tub, glass shower and walk-in closet.
Additional rooms include: a King; a Queen; two Extra Long Twin beds that can be configured as a King; and a custom bunk bed with Extra Long Twins that can easily accommodate 6’ adults. Also available is a new baby’s crib with duvet. All bedding includes new pillows, linens and luxury pillow top mattresses by Kingsdown and Sealy. There is a bathroom on the main floor with a large walk in glass shower.
Situated on a quiet, private, well-manicured large property with mature trees and gardens and parking for up to six cars.

Walking distance to the Chester Yacht Club, Chester Playhouse, Chester Tennis Club and the Chester Golf Club (a public 18-hole golf course offering spectacular views of the Bay), Chester’s shops, restaurants and tavern.

Halifax is 45 minutes away and Halifax International Airport is a 55 minute drive.
