This location offers plenty of opportunities for dining, recreation, and relaxation, from the Mile High City over to the charming town of Boulder, to exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains!
With 1992 sq ft of space, this welcoming Home offers ample room for a cozy stay. Beautiful natural light fills the living room - inviting you to unwind by the fireplace or cozy up on the couch and stream your favorite shows. The fully-equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, ensuring all your cooking needs are at your finger tips!
Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms - one with a comfortable king bed and the other with a cozy queen bed - along with a full bathroom. Downstairs offers another inviting living space with a sectional sofa, smart TV, and games for the family. There's also a kitchenette for your snacks and drinks. Two more comfortable queen bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the basement level. Right off the basement level you will find a ping pong table in the garage, challenge your friends or family to some friendly competition!
