This charming and beautiful three story beach home is located in the Village of Jamaica Beach. The home is painted in very bright and beachy colors with lots of windows and natural light.The ceiling is vaulted and reaches about 30'at the highest point. It has a spacious back deck with hot tub, table,chairs and barbeque pit. Below is a flagstone breezeway overlooking a a big yard with a garden. This area is always cool with a great breeze even in August. There is also a bay view for awesome sunsets and beach view on third floor bedroom balcony. We are dog friendly so we have a fenced area for Rover.
This beach home has the following amenities: Hot Tub, Free Wi-Fi, Washer and dryer, double oven, two cable televisions with DVD players, microwave, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, and a BBQ grill.
Within walking distance is a swimming pool and a big playground with basketball court. The beach is also walking distance. For those who like to fish, bring your boat, we have a public boat ramp at our marina. Galveston State Park is very close where you can see many types of birds. A Circle K convenience store is within walking distance and just a short distance away is Seven Seas, a fully stocked grocery store known for its great cuts of meat. They carry everything from food and bait, to flip flops and hats. Located right by Seven Seas Grocery is Nates West End restaurant. Nates is a locals favorite that features reasonably priced seafood.
