Sunset Island is a premier vacation destination located on 37 acres on the bay Ocean City, Maryland. This luxurious townhome is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for a wonderful vacation experience. You'll be located just two blocks from the ocean, with access to a private bayside beach, an interactive fountain, the Clubhouse which includes a fitness center, a library, locker rooms, a sauna, and an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a baby wading pool, plus walking trails and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Things to know:
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following:
∙ Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31) = $100.
∙ Spring (May 1 - May 25)= $150.
∙ Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $200.
∙ Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $150.
Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
