Spacious, luxurious kitchen/dining area with bi-fold doors opening onto a large patio, hot tub and garden. The kitchen is a family friendly haven with a 8-seater Ercol dining table with corner sofa area to relax after a day at the beach!
The space
South Palms is an extended 1961 property on a large, private corner plot with spacious downstairs open plan living and four double bedrooms.
The property has two entrance halls - via the front and side, offering ample storage for coats, shoes and beach essentials.
Large open kitchen/dining/lounge area with plenty of room for you to all sit, cook and relax together. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area with a no-step access. This area contains a dining table seats up to 8, 4 bar stools and corner sofa. Lots of kitchen equipment for you to prepare and serve a variety of meals. TV and Sonos system in here to keep you all entertained.
Living room 1 is off the kitchen and has two large sofas that can sit 3 adults comfortably (when you remove the side cushions), TV.
Living room 2 is our playroom, large sofa which does open up to a sofa bed, TV, X-box and Wii for your use. Large table for crafts and activities.
WC and utility room complete the downstairs.
Outside there is parking for 4 cars. Front, side and back access into the property.
Generous back garden, on corner plot - plenty of space for a game of football! A large patio area for entertaining and family sized hot tub. In addition, tucked away is our beach hut! Perfect hide-away from everyone to enjoy a quiet coffee and a book! It also converts to a dining area and can accommodate 6 around the table.
Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms, offering 1 super-king, 1 king, 1 double and 2 singles. A family bathroom with bath and separate shower and en-suite off the main bedroom. Plus in bedroom 2 there is a vanity unit within the room.
Your dog/s are welcome to join you on your holiday.
Easy walk into the seaside village of Milford on Sea, traditional green surrounded by local, independent shops and eateries. From the village it's approximately 5 minutes up to the seafront.
